  Significance of this case:

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has granted allocatur in this case to consider if the attorney-client privilege applies to communications from an attorney to his client and if the Superior Court erred in holding that the attorney-client privilege applies only to conmfidential communications from the client to his attorney as held in Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company v.
