CLE Programs for Young Lawyers
PDI's Young Lawyers Committee has planned a series of CLE programs for young defense lawyers. The programs will focus on understanding the insurance claim handling process and the relationships among insurer, insured and defense counsel. The size of the classes is limited, so make your reservation soon. The schedule of programs is:
- June 21, 2012: "Considerations in Handling Non-Litigation Claims - Part II and Insurance Bad Faith and How to Avoid It" in Scranton/Wilkes-Barre at a site TBD from 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Lunch is included.
- July 19-20, 2012: "Defense Counsel and Claim Representative Interaction from the Insurer's Perspective" at PDI's 2012 Annual Conference at the Bedford Springs Resort in Bedford, PA. Time TBA.

THE COST:
- $50 per session in Philadelphia and $75 per session in Harrisburg and Scranton/Wilkes-Barre
